Employment Qualifications

Security Guard Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older with a clean criminal background.
  • Current California BSIS Guard Card required (or willingness to complete training).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Reliable transportation and puncture attendance record.

Mobile Patrol Officer Requirements

  • Applicants must be 21 years or older with a valid California Driver’s License.
  • Clean driving record (DMV printout required).
  • Prior patrol or security experience preferred.

Armed Security Officer Requirements

  • Current BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
  • Documented weapons handling qualifications and ongoing range certifications.
  • Demonstrated situational de-escalation and threat assessment capabilities.
